About us

Hello folks, my name is Matthew Riddle, and I am the owner of Everjoy Entertainment. Ever since I was a kid, I have had a passion for playing multiple musical instruments and performing shows at various venues. For the past several years, I have performed throughout South Texas with my band while also providing services as a DJ. I have a desire for all music no matter the genre. I have had the good fortune of performing at various social, private, and corporate sponsored events. I hope to translate my passion for music into an ever-joyous experience for you.

Can we select our own music?

Of course! This is your special event, and the music should reflect your taste. We can also provide sample playlists. We will be here to guide you.

Who will be our DJ?

We will assign your DJ based on the details you provide during the first consultation. This will allow you to get to know your DJ throughout the process. Your DJ will also provide MC services to guide you throughout the event with the right amount of collaboration.

Does the DJ take song requests from guests?

Yes, as long as the songs are within the parameters of the music genre selected by the client.

What is the event booking process like?

Once we have had a chance to chat, and you feel that we are a good fit, we will send you a contract to read over. Once signed, a deposit (online via credit card) is required to confirm the booking. We will then begin working through the event planning, logistics, and music selection.

What happens if our DJ gets sick or has an emergency?

Not to worry! There is always a member of our DJ team available on standby for your event.

Do you travel outside of San Antonio, TX?

Yes, we do! Due to longer travel distances and logistics, there are additional nominal costs, but we can certainly accommodate your event request.

How early do you come to set up?

Our DJ's typically arrive 2 hours before start time to have ample time for setup and soundcheck.

Do you provide other services such as lighting?

Yes we do! We provide a full array of lighting such as uplighting and dance floor lighting. Not only do they bring an energetic experience to your event, but also a unique visual component for your guests.

Do you provide live performance instrumentation?

Yes we do! We have a team of passionate musicians ready to provide top quality music for your wedding. Whether it be our live guitarist or pianist, we are always excited to share the joy of music for your special day.

Passion and love for all music, best describes Matt. Often referred to as the “walking jukebox”, he has been performing in front of live audiences since he was 17 years old. He can name that tune and give you the trivia behind it!
